How much does a food truck cost for an event?

Ask each truck for a quote based on your guest count, menu, location and serving time. Confirm what’s included, who pays for meals, and whether any minimums, travel charges or deposits apply.

How far ahead should I contact trucks?

Reach out once you have a likely date and location. Share any flexibility in your plans so the truck can suggest available options. Availability is confirmed directly with the truck.

What if I need more than one truck?

Share your expected turnout and serving window with the trucks you’re considering. Discuss menu variety and how each truck will serve your guests, then confirm arrangements with each one.

Does sending a request reserve a truck?

No. A request starts a conversation. Review the truck’s response and agree on availability, pricing and terms with them before treating the booking as confirmed.
